Her credentials include working within Fortune 500 companies as a Licensed Personal Efficiency Program™ (PEP) trainer, plus training and developing more than 1,000 people for one of the world's premier leaders in breakthrough thinking technologies where she led seminars, trained coaches, and managed leadership development programs. In addition, Julaine has been trained in a number of programs within the fields of transformation and personality typology (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™). This 'cross training' enables Julaine to offer PowerStone clients a rare understanding of the human element of performance.

Corporate Leadership
Before founding PowerStone Communications, Julaine led an award-winning career within top advertising and public relations agencies, working on Blue Chip clients such as DuPont, Eastman Kodak, Apple Computers, and SmithKline Beecham where she led teams responsible for strategic planning, branding, new business development, public relations and crisis management. Later, she forged her own consulting enterprise, serving clients such as Motorola, Verio Inc. and Andersen Consulting on global projects while achieving notable success within extraordinarily short timeframes.

Commitment to Service
At the core of Julaine's life and work is her commitment to people, which has translated into a lifetime of service as a volunteer. In the professional arena, she served as a chapter president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Marketing Committee member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and remains active on the Chicago Advisory Board for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

In addition, highlights of her lifetime of service include her role as Founding Member of Women Vision International, an organization that provides micro-loans to women entrepreneurs in developing nations. And in 1996, in partnership with Mother Teresa and Rotary International, Julaine was a delegate bringing over $20 million in pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to Calcutta, India — the largest humanitarian airlift in that country's history.

Julaine earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Bowling Green State University.
